Order over HK$500, parcel shipped via HK Post Office by standard post in Free of Charge*
2.
Order below HK$500, additional HK$100 for the shipping charge.

Exchange Policy
We accept exchange, please keep the original receipt and send us an email within 3 days after receiving the product with the following rules:

Send us an email (info@teamelegant.com.hk) within 3 days after receiving the product to get the exchange authorization and mailing address. We will send out the replacement within 3 days after receiving your returned product. Return packages must be posted marked within 14 days upon delivery of products.
2.
The return products must be in new condition with it original packaging.
3.
Each order can be returned for once.

Be remined to insure the package for the full valued paid.
